Commercial Deep Cleaning in Henderson, NV
Commercial deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom clean of a business or rental property when regular janitorial isn't enough: after a water or fire loss, after construction, or after a unit has sat empty. We clean everything from the ceiling vents down to the floors and schedule it around your business.
We work in offices, retail spaces, restaurants and multi-unit rentals around Henderson and Las Vegas. The call might come from a property manager who needs a unit ready for the next tenant, or an owner whose building just had a leak or a small fire.

What owners and managers ask us
On a commercial job the questions are mostly about time, disruption and who's paying.
Our janitorial service won't handle this. Why not?
Janitorial crews are built for the nightly routine: trash, restrooms, vacuuming. Soot on a drop ceiling, drywall dust in every vent and on every shelf, or residue after a sewage backup in a restroom takes different equipment and methods. That's the work we're set up for.
Can you work without shutting us down?
Usually. We can work nights and weekends, or split the building into sections so part of it stays open during the day. When the work throws dust or odor, we put up containment and run HEPA air filtration so it stays in the work area.
We need the space ready for a tenant or an inspection by a certain date.
Tell us the date on the first call. We'll tell you honestly if the scope fits it, and plan the order of work around it. Whatever the inspector or new tenant will see first gets done first.
The unit sat empty for months. What's usually wrong?
Dust settles on everything, and in our summer heat the water in unused drain traps can evaporate and let sewer gas into restrooms and kitchens. We also check for anything the vacancy hid, like a slow leak under a sink, droppings, or an AC that stopped draining.
Is this cleanup part of our insurance claim?
If it follows a covered water or fire loss at your building, it can be. Your carrier decides. We keep the cleaning on its own lines, apart from mitigation and repairs, so the adjuster can see it clearly.
How much does it cost? Will insurance pay?
Cleaning is priced on site by the size of the area, the material and what's on it. Soot on hardwood is a different job from dust after construction.
On a commercial job, square footage and residue type come first. After-hours or sectioned work to keep you open adds time. Post-construction dust is usually faster per square foot than soot, and a kitchen or restroom after a sewage backup needs more steps than an office floor.

How a commercial deep clean runs
- 1
Walk the space with you
We go through with the owner or property manager, note what each area needs, and ask about your schedule, tenants, deadlines and anything that can't be disturbed.
- 2
Plan around the business
We agree on hours, sections and access. If part of the building stays open, we decide what gets contained and in what order.
- 3
Top to bottom
We start up high at the ceiling tiles and vents and work down through the walls and counters. Floors go last, so nothing we've already cleaned gets dust dropped on it.
- 4
Restrooms and kitchens get extra attention
Fixtures, floor drains and the areas behind and under equipment are where residue and odor hide after a loss or a vacancy.
- 5
Walk it again and sign off
We walk the finished space with you and fix anything that isn't right. You get photos and a written scope of what was cleaned, for your file or your tenant.
After hours, or one section at a time, so you can stay open.
A lot of businesses can't close for a week of cleaning. So we schedule around your hours, work nights or weekends, or clean one area while the rest of the building stays open.
When dust or odor could reach the open areas, we put up plastic containment and run HEPA air filtration. Your customers and staff shouldn't be breathing the cleanup.

Commercial deep cleaning questions
What does commercial deep cleaning include?
Cleaning a business or rental top to bottom, including high surfaces, vents, fixtures, restrooms, kitchens and floors, after damage, construction or a vacancy. It goes well past a regular janitorial visit.
How much does commercial deep cleaning cost?
We price it after a walk-through, which is free. Square footage, how dirty it is, what kind of residue it is, and whether we're working after hours all change the number. A post-construction clean is priced differently from cleanup after a fire.
Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes. After a remodel or build-out, we remove drywall dust from ledges, vents, light fixtures, cabinets and floors so the space is ready for staff or a tenant. Plan for a follow-up pass if trades are still coming in and out.
Can you clean a rental unit between tenants after damage?
Yes. If a unit had a leak, smoke or a tenant who left it in rough shape, we clean it and write up anything we find that needs repair. The report and photos help you with the security deposit and any claim.
Can you get a smell out of a commercial space?
Usually, once we find what's causing it. Smoke residue on ceiling tiles, a dried-out floor drain, or a spill that soaked into carpet will keep smelling until it's cleaned or removed. Air fresheners and ozone on their own just buy time.
Do you offer regular janitorial service?
No. We don't do recurring nightly or weekly cleaning. We come in for the jobs your regular service can't handle, then hand the space back to them.

Clear work, clean documentation, no mystery in the middle.
For Commercial Deep Cleaning, you should be able to see what we found and what we did about it. That's what the paperwork is for.
When we leave, you should have a plain explanation of the work and paperwork that still makes sense weeks later if an adjuster asks.
Certified standards
IICRC-certified technicians work to the published industry standards instead of judging the job by how it looks.
Claim-ready documentation
Photos and scope notes are collected as the work moves, so you and your adjuster can see what changed and why.
Right method for the surface
Hardwood, grout, fabric and stone each take a different cleaner and a different amount of water. We match the method before we start.
One accountable plan
The emergency work and the rebuild stay under one plan, so nothing falls into the gap between two contractors.
Local loss experience
We clean across Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley, often right after a water, fire or construction job.
What we tell you before work expands
What needs action now
What needs attention today and what can wait. If part of it belongs to a plumber or roofer, we say so.
What should stay closed
We don't open finished walls or ceilings until the readings and the access tell us it's worth it.
What happens next
Stabilize first. Repair decisions come after the building is under control.
