Water damage restoration

Tell us where you first noticed water, whether the source is still active, and which rooms are affected. We can discuss water removal, affected materials, and drying needs. Moisture control is also part of preventing conditions that support mold growth.

Fire & smoke restoration

Let us know which rooms were affected by the fire and where you notice smoke residue or odors. Cleanup needs can extend beyond the visibly burned area. Filtration helps, but the surfaces and odor sources still need cleaning.

What about the full job, including build-back?

Based on our experience in the Las Vegas Valley, a full damage-restoration job, from remediation through build-back, often falls around $12,000–$20,000 total. That is different from the extraction and drying costs shown above.

For an early planning estimate on a water-damage job, build-back can be roughly twice the mitigation cost. The rooms, materials and extent of damage determine how closely that estimate fits your home.

Example: $3,000 for water mitigation + approximately $6,000 for build-back = about $9,000 total.

This example is below the common full-project range because job sizes vary. The Valley range and the build-back rule are planning guides from our experience, not a quote for your property. Your free on-site estimate separates mitigation from repairs so you can see the full scope.

These are planning figures, not a guaranteed quote. The water figures describe extraction and drying. Your estimate will identify any additional removal, cleanup, repair or reconstruction work.

Care for your home.
Care for your air.

Air-scrubber use included

Your family’s indoor air matters to us. Air-scrubber use is free for as long as we are servicing your home, even if your insurer declines that equipment charge or stops paying for additional days.

Dust, mold spores and smoke particles are reasons we take indoor air seriously during restoration. An air scrubber helps capture airborne particles as we work. It supports removing contamination, drying wet materials and cleaning affected surfaces.

Filtration alone cannot determine whether a damaged home is safe to occupy. Discuss the conditions in your home with the restoration team.

Restoration for homes in the Fort Mohave community

Fort Mohave is its own community south of Bullhead City, along the Highway 95 corridor. Joy Lane is one of the main cross streets. Tell us Fort Mohave when you call. There is no need to describe the house as being in Bullhead City.

Colorado River water is hard, so many homes here run a water softener, often in the garage next to the water heater. When one of those leaks, the damage usually shows first at the bottom of the garage wall. We have opened that exact problem up in a Las Vegas garage: the drywall was stained along the base, and the sheathing behind it had to be scrubbed clean before anything could be rebuilt.

Your estimate should cover the house you actually have. Tell us whether water reached the flooring, the inside of a wall or the next room, and whether anyone has started cleaning up. We price the remediation separately from the rebuild, so you know what has to happen now and what can wait. If an owner and a tenant are both involved, tell us who can approve the work.

A few practical answers.

Should I use insurance or pay directly?

Start with a free on-site estimate. Compare the proposed scope and cost with your deductible and ask your insurer about coverage. For a smaller job, a claim may not be worthwhile. We explain the restoration estimate; you decide whether to file a claim or pay directly.

Are discounts available if I pay myself?

Yes. Self-pay discounts are available. Ask us about them during your estimate so we can explain the options for your specific scope of work.

Is the on-site estimate free?

Yes. We provide a free on-site estimate and explain the proposed work and cost. Extraction and drying, mold cleanup, and repairs are different scopes; your written estimate shows what is included.

Do you serve Fort Mohave separately from Bullhead City?

Yes. Fort Mohave is in our service area on its own. Just give us the property address.

Can you estimate the work from a photograph?

A photo is a good way to start the conversation. It cannot show what is inside a wall or under a floor, and that is usually where the cost is. The real estimate happens on site.
