What about the full job, including build-back?

Based on our experience in the Las Vegas Valley, a full damage-restoration job, from remediation through build-back, often falls around $12,000–$20,000 total. That is different from the extraction and drying costs shown above.

For an early planning estimate on a water-damage job, build-back can be roughly twice the mitigation cost. The rooms, materials and extent of damage determine how closely that estimate fits your home.

Example: $3,000 for water mitigation + approximately $6,000 for build-back = about $9,000 total.
