Wall behind a water heater stand repaired in Centennial Hills
We got called out for the wall behind a water heater stand in a Centennial Hills utility area. We opened it to the framing, then closed it up and rebuilt the stand.
Before the wall came open, the water heater was covered in plastic and the floor protected, and containment went up in case there was mold behind the drywall. The opening went down to the framing and sheathing. New drywall pieces went in around the plumbing, and the corner and the rebuilt stand were taped, textured and painted.
