Water gets into wall cavities and insulation, under flooring and behind cabinets, well before anything stains or swells. By the time a surface looks damaged, the wet area can be bigger than the room you're standing in.
We map it on the first visit. The thermal camera shows temperature differences, and a moisture meter confirms which ones are actually water. The removal and repair plan comes from those readings.

Close a wall over wet framing and you've sealed the problem in. So the rebuild waits until the readings say the structure is dry. Then the drywall goes back up, gets finished and painted, and the baseboards and flooring go in after it. Cabinets too, if they had to come out.
Because it's our crew on both ends, the day the drying equipment comes out is the day we can start planning the rebuild. Nobody has to re-measure a wall another company opened.

Stop the water and pull it out
Once the source is shut off (the pipe or appliance repair itself is a plumber's job), we extract the standing water from carpet, pad and hard floors.

Find where it went
Moisture readings along the walls, under cabinets and across the floor tell us how far the water traveled. That map sets the scope for the rest of the job.

Take out what won't dry
The work area gets sealed off with plastic first. Then soaked carpet pad, swollen baseboards and the bottom of drywall that wicked water get cut out. Material that can dry in place stays put.

Dry it and check it
Dehumidifiers and air movers run until the readings in the wet rooms match a dry part of your house. That usually takes three to five days.

Rebuild the room
New drywall gets hung, finished and painted. Then baseboards and flooring go back, and cabinets if they were pulled. It's the same crew that dried it, so we already know which walls were opened and why.
