A plumber repairs the source.
If water is actively escaping from supply lines or the valve, a
plumber finds and repairs that component. We do not repair
plumbing, and any company that promises to find your exact failed
part from a thermal image is overpromising.
Quality 1st handles the wet building.
Once the source is controlled — or if the leak turns out to be
grout, caulk, or membrane failure rather than plumbing — we deal
with what got wet: moisture mapping, containment, removing ruined
drywall and insulation, drying the cavity, and coordinating the
rebuild.
