Walk-in tub bathroom remodel in Green Valley North
We were called in to remodel a bathroom around a new walk-in tub in a single-story Green Valley North home, starting with a pack-out of the bedrooms.
Clearing the bedrooms and closet first gave the crew space to work. The slab had to be opened at the tub location for a new black drain line, and the tub waited in the garage until the bathroom was ready for it. The finished room has the tub set, a grab bar and a new vanity light.

What we did
- 1 Boxed and moved contents out of the bedrooms and closet to clear the work area.
- 2 Sealed off the bathroom with plastic before opening the floor, so dust and anything behind the finishes stayed out of the rest of the house.
- 3 Dug out the slab at the tub location and ran a new black drain line.
- 4 Staged the walk-in tub in the garage before bringing it into the bathroom.
- 5 Set the tub, installed a grab bar and hung a new vanity light.
