Return visit after balcony storm water in The Lakes

We got called out for storm water that came in through a balcony deck at a home in The Lakes. On the return visit we opened more of the ceiling and the lower wall.

This time we scanned the wall and ceiling above the containment line, then cut the stained ceiling back to the joists, wiring and duct run and opened the lower wall to the studs and sheathing along the floor. All of that work stayed inside the plastic containment, so if there was mold behind the drywall it could not reach the rest of the house. The living room contents were moved and covered and the carpet and pad rolled back before drying started.
