This part of the city sits north of Sahara Avenue, between Rainbow Boulevard and Durango Drive. It is a short drive from the Summerlin side of town and close to the shopping along Sahara. We have taken out wet drywall and dried rooms in homes here, and in one house we also tarped the roof once the inside work was underway. Our Henderson crew can usually be on site within an hour, depending on traffic and which crew is free. The estimate costs nothing, and an IICRC-certified technician comes out to do it in person.
