Opened ceilings and rebuild scoping in Red Rock Country Club
We got called out for marks and peeling on the game room ceiling of a Red Rock Country Club home. With ceilings open in several rooms, we measured the house to scope the rebuild.
The ceilings in several rooms were down to the framing, including the curved soffits, where the soffit framing was left in place. We walked the house with a laser measure to scope the drywall, paint and finish work. A dehumidifier kept running beside an opened lower wall, with the trim and a mirror masked off.
